Even the police car shown in the picture here has 13 on the number plate. A bbc producer, a Manchester evening news and a freelance reporter all happened to be there, they still allowed the packed new years firework display to continue, hardly any police turned up for this "terrorist" attack, the stupidity of this continues through out.
